Relaxing and Conditioning the Scrotal Tissue
Scrotal tissue conditioning, often called Scrotox, uses small doses of botulinum toxin injected into the scrotal wall muscle. By relaxing the muscle responsible for scrotal tightening and retraction, it creates a smoother, larger and more relaxed appearance, improves comfort (particularly in colder conditions), and conditions the tissue ahead of any planned scrotal volumisation.

The treatment takes around 20 to 30 minutes and is generally well tolerated, with no significant downtime, though strenuous exercise and sexual activity should be avoided for 24 to 48 hours. Results develop over 1 to 2 weeks and typically last 3 to 6 months.
