UroFill® Girth Enhancement

A Staged, Specialist-Led Approach to Penile Girth

UroFill® is a minimally invasive, non-surgical treatment for penile girth enhancement and improved flaccid presentation, using hyaluronic acid placed within a specific tissue layer of the penis. Unlike standard cosmetic providers, Dr Ross Calopedos delivers this as a structured medical process, performed by a urological surgeon, with emphasis on controlled, staged enhancement that prioritises safety, precision and a natural result over time.

A Precise, Anatomy-Led Technique

A defining feature of the UroFill® technique is precise placement within a specific tissue plane, the natural space between Buck’s fascia and the Dartos fascia. This deeper, more structural layer provides a stable foundation, so the product stays where it is placed, distributes evenly and feels natural in both flaccid and erect states. Because the layer is less vascular, results also tend to last longer.

The plane is created using hydrodissection, sterile fluid gently opens the natural tissue layer, displacing small blood vessels and nerves rather than disrupting them. This creates a defined, safe window for accurate placement and a more predictable result. In selected or complex cases, ultrasound guidance is used to further enhance precision.

The Staged Process

Each treatment is carefully staged:

Placement, a controlled volume (up to 6 mL per session) is placed into the targeted tissue layer under local anaesthetic.

Healing phase, over about 7 days, the product settles and integrates with the tissue.

Sculpting & refinement, a dedicated follow-up session where the result is assessed, refined and adjusted for optimal shape and consistency. This step is critical.

Staged treatment, further sessions are performed after roughly 14 days, allowing the tissue to adapt and enabling precise planning of each subsequent treatment.

This staged approach builds the result progressively, reduces the risk of irregularity, and actually allows the safe upper limit of enhancement to increase over time as the tissue accommodates.

What to Expect

The right plan depends on your goals, urological history and anatomy. A subtle enhancement generally starts at 4 to 6 units (1 unit = 1 mL of hyaluronic acid), while most men are very happy with the look by around 15 to 20 units. A maximum of 6 to 8 units is administered per session to maintain cosmetic integrity and reduce resorption risk. Unused units remain on your account and can be used at your convenience.

Consultation & pricing

A one-time consultation fee of $350 applies for first-time patients (a Medicare rebate may apply with a GP referral). This includes a detailed urological and anatomical assessment, eligibility review and personalised planning, and is applied as a discount to your first package if you proceed.

Each unit includes the treatment session and a dedicated follow-up sculpting appointment with Dr Ross. Reduced per-unit pricing applies when units are purchased as part of a plan:

Starter, up to 4 mL · $3,600 ($900/unit)

Introductory, up to 6 mL · $5,100 ($850/unit)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is UroFill® Permanent, and Is It Reversible?

UroFill® uses hyaluronic acid, which is gradually absorbed over time, so results are long-lasting rather than permanent and can be topped up. Importantly, the treatment is also reversible, the filler can be dissolved if required, which is an important safety advantage.

Why Is the Treatment Staged over Several Sessions?

Staging allows each session to build on the last with control and precision. Giving the tissue time to settle reduces the risk of irregularity, allows the result to be tailored to your anatomy, and progressively increases the volume the tissue can safely accommodate, producing a more natural, consistent outcome.

Will It Look and Feel Natural?

Because the product is placed in a structural tissue plane and refined in stages, it integrates with the natural movement of the penis, firmer during erection and softer when flaccid, for a natural contour and feel.
