Enhancing the Size, Shape and Proportion of the Glans
Glans augmentation is a non-surgical treatment that uses hyaluronic acid filler to enhance the size, shape and appearance of the glans (head of the penis). It is performed in-clinic under local anaesthesia, with no hospital stay or general anaesthetic required. The technique used by Dr Ross Calopedos was developed by him and is designed to preserve the fine underlying vascular structures while accentuating the natural contours of the head.

The Procedure
After local anaesthetic is applied and the head is completely numb, filler is carefully placed into the glans using a fine needle under 2.5x surgical magnification. This technique, invented by Dr Ross, preserves the fine underlying vascular structures and adds volume in a staged manner. The appointment takes around 45 minutes to an hour, and most patients return to normal activities the same day, avoiding sexual activity for one week.
Results, premature ejaculation benefit & pricing
Results are visible immediately and continue to refine as initial swelling settles over 10 to 14 days. Most patients find results last between 6 and 12 months, and additional volume can be added in stages. If required, the filler can be dissolved, making this a fully reversible option.
In selected cases, targeted enhancement on the underside of the glans may also contribute to greater control over sensitivity, which can benefit men experiencing premature ejaculation.
